Managing, Mentoring and Developing Millennial Employees




For my career coaching and leadership coaching clients, in addition to the strengths coaching and emotional intelligence coaching I provide, I'm always looking for information to share that falls into the category of "value added".  

Here is an example of a study I ran across conducted by Bentley University that does an outstanding job of helping anyone who manages people to better-understand how to manage, mentor and develop their Millennial employees.
